Positional Camps

Positional clinics are a great way to provide athletes with extra reps and training to get ahead of the game. One camp T-shirt will be provided for each camper registered; campers will not receive a camp T-shirt for each session.

The 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. session is designed to focus on serving and defense. This will be open to anyone looking to improve their technique and skill with serving and defense. This is designed for anyone hoping to improve individual skills and system play.

The 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. session will focus on the technique of hitting, setting or passing. For this session, the athlete must pick one skill to work on in these 2.5 hours. We will work with each athlete on the fundamentals of the skill they choose. Then progress to more advanced techniques, such as transition, first ball, and system play.

• Hitting Positional - Camps emphasize position-specific skills, drills, and techniques. Specifically designed to help players who want to improve their attacking skills. These camps focus on the techniques and strategies needed to become a more effective hitter, regardless of whether you're an outside hitter, middle blocker, or right-side hitter. 
• Passing Positional - Camps emphasize position-specific skills, drills, and techniques. Passing positional camp focuses on improving a player's ability to receive serves and deliver accurate passes to the setter. These camps are crucial for players of all positions, as passing is essential for setting up offensive plays. 
• Setting Positional - Camps emphasize position-specific skills, drills, and techniques. Setting positional camp focuses on developing the specific skills and knowledge needed to excel as a setter. These camps are designed to help setters of all levels improve their technique, decision-making, and leadership on the court 

*Camps are open to both boys and girls, and boys should expect to play on a net set to women’s height.
