Camp sessions are conducted on Wright State University Campus. All camps will be in McLin Gym. The gym is air-conditioned.

All camp information is posted online. Once registration is processed, all camp-related correspondence will be sent via email. It is advised that campers and/or parents check their emails frequently in the immediate weeks leading up to camp.
Campers are to be dropped off /picked up outside of the McLin Gym at GATE 9 in the back of the Nutter Center.

Parents wishing to watch part of camp park in lot 9, which will be located right outside of the entrance. A campus map with parking lots can be found in our manual and on our facilities page.

Raider Volleyball Campers are constantly supervised throughout the camp. There will be several Wright State staff members and players available for the athletes if any issues arise.
A certified sports medicine trainer is always on staff and available to campers for the duration of camp. Any chronic injuries, illness or other health related issues should be expressed in writing prior to camp and discussed at check-in. In the unlikely event that a serious illness or camp inhibiting injury occurs the emergency contact will be immediately notified.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS:
Refund request must be sent directly to wrightstatevolleyball@gmail.com or (937) 775-2771 by below specified deadlines:
Prior to 2 weeks of the start date: Full Camp Refund, less 10% for processing fee*
Within 2 weeks of camp start date: Refund 50% of camp tuition
At start date of camp: No Refunds
*Less 10% of the camp cost. Example a $65 camp, you would be refunded $58.50.
Raider Volleyball Camps, LLC reserves the right to change and/or cancel any camp at any time in which a full refund will be honored. Raider Volleyball Camps, LLC reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy due to extenuating circumstances.
DISCOUNTS:
Only ONE of the following discounts can be provided per registration.
Wright State University Employees and Students receive a 10% discount for their kid to attend camp. They must email wrightstatevolleyball@gmail.com from their @wright.edu email then will be provided with a promo code.
There is a $25 early bird discount for any who registers before 5/1 for All Skills Camp & Instructional Team Camp.
